White vinegar breaks down the concrete spray it on keep spreading it on and it will power wash off

What a joke,I have delivered concrete for years,there are dozens of different products on the market for “dissolving” concrete,over multiple usage,some work. Now you say using sugar in a paste works,but you don’t say what to mix with sugar to make the paste,sugar will stop concrete from setting up,but will not dissolve it.
Is ROMEX safe on chrome?
I wouldn’t worry about it. Concrete would just crust off from the parts being flexible.
