    We have a burster we even do drain lines but all in dirt, should have dug up the 20ft and used copper. If it was over 100' I can understand you bursting it. Just my opinion

    Looks like a great repair to me!! Nice work. I’m sure he gave his recommendations, but in the end.. it’s what the customer wants as long as your not breaking and codes.

    I’ve basically done this replacement hundreds of times replacing water service lines from the main in the street to the meter.
