😳This is WILD!! My man @copper_pig_fine_woodworking showed me this magic trick for tiger maple. A little @kiblerslongrifles iron nitrate, some heat and shellac and voila!! Tiger maple from @groffslumber #woodworking #magic #finewoodworking

    One can achieve a very similar effect submerging steel wool in white vinegar for 3 days, then straining it and applying it to Wood, allow it to set for a few minutes and watch the magic happen, works best with high tannin woods.
