To clarify you want to have the trust in Cook Islands before you have the bank in Swiss otherwise the IRS will have access to it as you’d be a us citizen but YOUR TRUST isn’t, and that’s why you have it in Cook Islands! Before you set up the Swiss bank account tied to the Trust in Cook Islands not the SSN of your American gov!

Obama ordered Switzerland to report every $$ back to America. I’m a dual citizen Swiss, American. I moved to Switzerland after Obama made sure people lost their homes and many many jobs. Just like he’s doing it now, he’s using Biden puppet to cover himself. Anyway I tried to open a bank account in Switzerland and bcs I was dual citizen with an American passport I was declined and was told frm the banks manager, Obama’s new law!! I was Not able to get a job back there unless I had a Swiss money circulating account. Swiss government is very thorough with laws they have truly everything under control. Meaning I couldn’t find a company small or large to pay me cash. No way!! No bank accounts No life over there. Nothing is shady to a regular person. I’m sure with the right amount ( millions or billions) even Swiss government closes an eye. But NOT to a regular joe. Happy ending though…. The post office there is very strong government controlled still but I was able to open an account and it worked just like a bank but only for Swiss citizens. Danke schön mini chli schwitz ❤️. But i wouldn’t be able to hide any $$ over there even as a Swiss citizen.
