You have to be VERY careful when pushing your MC Into these connectors. These are the cause of so many fires due to people just slamming them in there and twisting around. Those teeth destroy the insulation. Hate these connectors with a passion. Yes they are easy and fast…. I get that….in the hands of an unskilled electrician or apprentice these can be a nightmare
