Improving my shaper game! Ever since I got my hands on this tool, I’ve been focused on making my cutting process smoother, no templates needed! Thanks to a cool design I found online from @arco.made big shoutout to him I can easily change its height using my 3D printer done by @_fem_designs_ . After making sure it fits perfectly with my caliper, I added layers of shaper tape and a clear film for extra strength. Now, I can adjust the height from 18 to 70 millimeters, and fine-tune it with my Jessem depth gauge for super precise cuts. Just pop the workpiece on the bench, line it up, and let the shaper do its thing! This upgrade saves time and makes everything run smoother it’s a real game-changer! #ShaperUpgrade #DIYTools #efficiencyboost #shapertools #cnc #woodworking #workshop #jig#jigs #woodworkforall #shaperorigin #origin #make #template #diy #howto #diyprojekt #holzarbeiten #meubelmaker #festool #handy

Brilliant idea 🔥
Great idea!!
Bruhhhhhhhh🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thats just a fancy plunge router why does the manufacturer call it a shaper.
👏👏 work smart not fast!! So clever 🔥
Are the screws a 3D print or are they commercially available?
Also, can you share the source of the screw file?
Isn’t it important for the tape surface to be coplanar with the workpiece? I assume you just have to be religious about adjusting each screw on the tape surface the same amount?
Super Idee aber diese Wellen im aufgeklebten Tape warten nur auf Probleme 😅
That’s slick!
@andre.schwabe 😉
I like those adjustable levellers. I use shims which is a pain
Awesome!
Looks great! What’s the 3m film called? Had a look and there’s a few variants. Thanks
Wow! This is awesome!
