This device creates a “hinge bind” which transfers great force to the hinge screws pulling them loose. This results in the door hitting on the door casing.

Purchased some and have to say that they are a great concept and definitely have a place but… need to come with or have the option for a longer hinge pine and need better metal and closer tolerance on the inter locking adjustment. Didn’t use them, didn’t want a call back from my customer to fix a hole in the wall.
