Thats wild. Not enough minorities were passing the exam so they just removed the whole thing.

As a paralegal, who has never taken, let alone passed the bar, I can attest that a passing exam does not a good attorney make…or even a competent one. This is a HORRIBLE excuse to eliminate it, but I can confidently say I work circles around most attorneys I deal with.

It really would not surprise me. I live in Washington State and it's bluer than the ocean and "WOKE" as Hell! The eastern side of Washington is the only conservative haven, but Seattle and the whole west side controls the state, unfortunately.
