Pieces are numbered for assembly. Glue and screws lock walls, floors, and framing in place.
Have a CNC...get plans designed and cut your pieces to build your own structure.

What happens when it sits outside in rain/snow/sun for 2 weeks until they even think about assembling it. Let alone will it stay in one piece off a roll off.
