You could fully define a sketch like that in about 2 minutes
Accuracy will also depend on how accurate you tap on the drawing. This will be good for quick sketches that dont require exact measurements, but if you need precise parts, better off drawing it in CAD.
This is awesome. To copy an existing part this would be much faster than modeling it in cad from scratch of measurements
