I had one of these @santafeproducts #md33 models and it worked great for a while. But it stopped working (error code 3 evap over limits) just outside the warranty period and it does not have any serviceable parts (cannot be recharged).

Most apartments have a single central return on the AC system. If this was placed close to the central return, it could catch the air in the apartment as it is being pulled back to the blower.

How is 65 normal? In phx we can’t keep our ac below 75. We have no need for Dehumidifiers though
