This is exactly the challenge we at 4fire-innovations have taken on:
With the development of our specialized extinguishing systems, we aim to noticeably ease the workload of firefighters during operations while ensuring the highest possible level of safety. Our solutions are specifically designed to meet the challenges of modern vehicle fires – especially those involving electric vehicles – and provide practical support where every second counts and safety is paramount.

So the blanket stops the chemical reaction does it? I’m all for saving lives and protecting others from the dangers of electrical fires but surely making out you’ve mastered physics with a blanket isn’t quite true.

But it's green fire. (Waiting talking cows not understand this is a negative critic against climatards and their 'solutions')
