Austin, Texas, has some of the most beautiful new construction homes for sale in the country. The Barton Hills/Zilker neighborhood is one of the best areas to live for many reasons! What I find the most interesting is our vast new construction inventory in the 78704. Homes at one point were flying off the market at over $1,000 a square foot. With so much inventory, buyers can negotiate like never before! We just lowered this listing to under $700 an sq foot. So whoever buys it will be rolling in equity in a few years!! 🤯
