For only 3 hours?!?! That's wild. I pay the same for gangam spa, and I'm there ALL DAY!
BEWARE! …. We booked this place one month in advance… Paid for airline tickets took off work to celebrate my daughter‘s birthday.
only to get a call three days in advance that they decided to close down to do renovations
Not only have I not received my $700 refund, but there was zero compassion on what they’ve costed us as a family, monetarily and emotionally
I’ve tried calling them to find out where my money is at and no one answers they’re unavailable
I’m sure this place could be lovely, but I will never trust this place or see this place the same and I will definitely never recommend it to anyone

Very disappointed! Purchased tickets and because of an emergency surgery that prevents submerged in water, we were unable to attend. Notified and requested cancellation 2 weeks in advance. They say they will reimburse but I’m still waiting and being told they are working on it! I’m thinking I’m guessing I need to kiss that $325 bye
