Omg. These folks must not know about the Loma Prieta Earthquake of Oakland/San Francisco. The double decked freeway collapse and trapped/killed/started infiernos between the collapsed decks. Miles of freeways collapsed and a part of the bay bridge was damaged. Terrifying 😢
