I only know how it is made. I just need to use 65 manganese steel to remove its hardness first, then cut and bend it by laser, then mill out this blade, and then put it in a heating furnace to harden it.

Most Ballard products are waste of money.

I don't think this guy has as much torque as a mower

😂😂😂😂😂 Why hit it on such a heavy angle??? Ohhhh!! 💡! So it doesn’t damage and roll the edge or chip it nearly as bad ?!?! 😂😂😂😂 “Watch how good my pocket knife keeps its edge!”… **proceeds by running the spine of the blade over the rough surface, turns it back to normal to slice paper**** “See! No other blade in the world could stay sharp after that”!! 😂👏

Lol try it on a non-painted blade

Okay now do it at 10,000 rpm

Either way, blades are replaceable and cheap, hitting something like that with your mower bends the crankshaft... Maybe come out with a stronger crankshaft mod that won't bent if you hit a rock or water main head

Crikey... take my money 💰 😄 🤣

My biggest question is not whether or not any of this works are they in the forgery business? Are they in the metal business? Who is actually making these blades?
@rdrake2202024-08-02
Put them on a lawn mower and mow over rock and other thing and than see what they look like. He’s not hitting that as fast and hard as a mower would
