Well they're doing whatever they can to get rid of tires so they throw them on football fields, kids football fields and now they're going to throw them on the ground and around your house. And they've already came out with studies about this causing cancer for people. But hey, if you can't throw it in the ground, give it to humans to reuse around their homes so they can all get sick and die. It's a win-win!
