Or just use tappex
Skill issue
Here's a slightly better way, make a hole which is slightly larger than the inner diameter, put a long screw through the hole and thread the insert on it just enough to hold, then use the soldering iron to heat the insert while pulling it through with the screw 👏
Actually , you can also edit your g-code to ensure you will be able to place your threaded insert
Just put a screw in?
Just use the head of a bolt to push the insert in and it stays flat at the top and perpendicular to the surface.
There's the press it against a table when it's hot or press it down with a large bolt when it's hot
Just don’t be a heavy handed Moron and put it in straight. It’s not difficult to do.
Just use a standoff and your eyes to allign. Always Works with me.
Si lo imprimes con el espacio para los dientes se alinea mejor
Awesome
Just common sense, no Jack here...
The whole sizing is in the instructions when you buy the inserts. Along with information about adding a chamfer.
❤️
ever tried tightening the screw before soldering it into place?
