Everyone wants to go to tulum… but have you considered literally anywhere else?
Y’all can go to Malzatan if you want less touristy but even Mexican natives barely go there because of the cartel running that town . So just stick to the touristy areas unless you want real Mexico 😭
This area is completely different from Tulum and as someone who goes to Mexico like once a month- Cancun Tulum and PDC all have different vibes- just like sayulita, puerto Vallarta and punta mita (very small town) have different vibes. And all of these places are touristy! Trust me! You’re not finding some new magical place that won’t be full of tourists.
