Ingredients:
6 slices of ham
1/2 cup shredded cheese
6 large eggs
Seasonings of your preference
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Add your ham to a non stick muffin tin.
3. Sprinkle in your cheese, top with an egg and your seasonings.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
This is the best keto friendly recipe for a low carb breakfast or snacks to keep you satisfied through the week 👍

I’m using turkey bacon! I cut it in half and then criss-crossed it in the muffin tins. :) Yes, might take a few minutes more as well. Thank you these are so yummy, easy & fast! Right up my alley! 😁👍🏻

These are great and super easy to modify by adding cut up veggies, etc. Mine tend to cook a bit longer than 15 minutes.
