Easily one the best restaurants in Austin! This is Brandon’s pick for his birthday every year! I’m telling, @arlogreyaustin will blow your mind!
Another year visiting for his birthday and I’m convinced everything on the menu is incredible. Celebrity chef @kristenlkish knocks it out of the park with every dish. Things I don’t eat like mushrooms and tomatoes, I’ll gladly eat here because it’s always amazing!
What we ordered and LOVED:
🍹 Garden Margarita
🍹 The Den
🍹Hey Seoul Sister
•Beef Tartare
• Tuna Crudo
• Fried Steamed Buns in a broccoli cheese style dip
• Malfaldini (will order this every freaking time. It’s a take on hamburger helper and mind blowing)
• Housemade Cappeletti with duck confit
• 16 oz Pork Chop that is easily the best pork chop I’ve ever had!
Also the service is great! I’ll forever ask to sit in Bran’s section and we have for the last three years in a row! THE BEST!

The slew of non Austinites posting on crappy places to eat has skyrocketed lately.
Meh. The food was *very* mid. One thing we had was terrible - some sort of salad - and the service was awful. They forgot to fire out food. We sat there for almost an hour after ordering with nothing. Then they brought out the wrong thing, we had 3 (count em 3!) different servers during our meal - not just runners or other servers dropping food to help out, but people being like, “Hi I’m your server now. Can I get you anything?” Skip this place. Go anywhere else.
Yeah not sure about this place but Este on the east side is *chefs kiss* literally the best unique restaraunt austin has seen in awhile.
Yes, a celebrity chef who barely spends any time there. 🙄
