Step 2 on door prep is mortising the hinges. With this jig that @vlccustomhomes designed, we do the door and jamb at the same time. So there’s no play or error with the spacing of the hinges. Just mortise them, label them and you’re good to go.
The door stand is copied from @insider_carpentry which makes working on doors much easier.
