Ingredients:
228g 0% Greek yogurt
80g low fat mayo
240g low fat buttermilk
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
¾ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh chives
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
Salt & pepper to taste (I used ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt & pepper, each)
Half of a limes juice
4 roasted jalapeños
OPTIONAL: 1/2 tsp guar gum added in while the sauce is blending - this is to help stabilize/thicken the ranch if you plan on storing it for up to 7-10 days in the fridge. This can be found at almost any grocery store in either the baking or health food section (it’s sold in the health section as a fiber source)
