I was flying out of DCA on Friday on my way back to Oregon, and again ran into @TSA not making it clear that folks can OPT OUT of using facial recognition technology.
If it’s truly optional to use facial recognition technology (as @TSA claims) then that information should be easily accessible to every traveler and the process to opt-out should be simple and clear.
You can opt-out of using facial recognition technology at the airport by asking an agent, and you should be easily accommodated by the agent checking your physical ID.
I’ll keep holding them accountable.

Take it up with our worthless transportation secretary. Probably a good place to start.
Abolish the TSA.
There is no mention of facial recognition in tsa security screening procedures! This is not right!
Then do something about it!
So much for the land of the free-dom
American citizens flying within America face more scrutiny than people coming in through our open borders. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Thanks. Just walk across the borders. No TSA. Only Americans have to be scanned and vetted. This country is a joke, thanks to politicians like you.
Social credit system like China 🇨🇳.
I don’t know any airports that tell you you can opt out I do all the time

Can we call you when we refuse and they detain is for "investigative" purposes and we niss our flight? Yeah...prolly not. All politicians are as worthless as tits on a boar.
