We have Beam at my office. It’s nice and convenient for EV charging.

lol lol, i have a BMW i4. worse decision of my life. Car is nice, charging poses challenges every week. Free charging with Electrify America is a joke, Charge are almost always broken and unless you get there to charge before 8am forget it, you will be waiting in line. I you want to charge at home your house needs to be fairly new or you’re gonna spend a lot of money, upgrading the electrical panel plus it’s about an eight month wait for the permit from Southern California Edison

Everybody needs gas that wants to go on a trip out of the city

Yeah unless you get stuck in water like in the tornado people did. And they short out. I will never get a EV. What happens when we have another hot summer and we’re told to hold off on using electricity until either early morning or evening. In the long run it doesn’t make sense to me

How much gas can you buy at 70k? @ $4.50 a gallon about 15,500.00 gallons of gasoline
@ray_dawg007♥ 22023-08-25
$70k each? So cal need about another 150,000 of these charging stations to keep up with the demand of EV’s hitting the road. The infrastructure for EV is decades behind. By the way Electrify America sucks!

This is excellent. So many people who drive electric cars have NO idea they are using natural gas to power the electricity that in turn charges their cars! I wonder which EVs it charges? Don’t they all have different shaped chargers?
@eglita2023-08-28
I’m holding on to my old car because if it’s not electric then no one can accidentally “turn it off” for me.

70k? Nope, not in the budget. 😒

How does it handle cooler weather and higher altitude? 🏔️🗻⛰️❄️❄️❄️☃️☃️☃️🌬️🌬️🌬️

They should make cars with the solar panels on top!😂

I enjoyed the piece on the news this am. How much long is a full charge to 80%.? Also are there grants out yet to get cities involved?
