Finally was able to get some shop time in after a hectic week! My new 1/4” diameter 2 flute foam cutter arrived from @bitsbitscompany along with some Kaizen foam that I ordered and it was fun testing out a new (to me) CNC bits and materials. But man was cutting this stuff super messy.
Still more to go on dialing in the fit and finish on these before getting them listed. #milwaukeepowertools #milwaukeetools #milwaukeetooladdict #packout #packoutsystem #powertools #handtools #toolstorage #toolorganization #milwaukeem12 #cnc #cncrouter #bitsbits #bitsbitscompany #cncproject

These inserts are finally available on my site Dryforge.com or via the link on the bio. More to come!
Nice work!
That is amazing! Great work!
Upcut 3 flute plastic finishing bits for cavity floor finished and down cut 3 flute plastic finishing bits for wall finish from onsrud, should make it look completely different.
I love it
I watched John Grimsmo's video when he was dialing in his foam inserts and he had better cuts when starting from the outside of the profile.
Awesome
