@replalota is exactly right. For nearly 10 years, revenue from the September 11th Passenger Security Fee has been diverted away from TSA.
Ending the fee diversion would solve the technology funding issue for TSA and keep airports safe.

Department of Homeland Security needs to be broken up. It is broken. Had a despot who laughs at Congress heading it. Also created in the name of 911. I don't feel more secure. I see them abusing power, buying up ammunition, and setting up camps to put "dissidents" in.
