The first MLS type website in Mexico will be live in approximately 2 weeks. Boingo is designed to solve many of the issues that I’ve mentioned that plague Mexican real estate. This is ultimately designed to help sellers reach a maximum audience and to help buyers view all of the available properties in one area. If you’ve had experience in the past with Mexican real estate, how do you feel this would have helped your experience?

Instead of coming to Mexico, gringos should be populating their ghost towns and reactivate their economy there. What is their need to gentrify México and then complain about Mexicans moving to the States? Prices go up in Mexico, the salary doesn't, and it's inevitable that some Mexicans emigrate to the States to earn more money to send to their families to keep up with the prices.
