They don’t do refunds or rescheduling, not even for medical emergencies or bad weather. They keep showing ads on my timeline even when I blocked so I’ll continue giving my opinion.
I gave them a shout saying my girlfriend is sick with a contagious illness for a show over 24 hours away and they said sorry no refunds show up if you don’t want to lose the money because of their “corporate policy”
