If you buy cheaper lasers pray to got nothing gors wrong when ur on a deadline. It can take ages to tehnicians to come fix it. Now when you buy a million euro laser and under warranty things get fixed really fast i heard that Trumpf can litteraly fly in with a chopper to fix machinery on time. Not 100% sure if true but yeah they are fast.
