We decided to cook our pancakes in cream and the results were amazing! The pancakes were not soggy, but extremely tender and amazingly crispy on the edges especially where the milk solids caramelized. We got our inspiration from @kenjilopezalt when he fried eggs in cream. #pancakes #fluffypancakes #pancakescookedincream
