The dream! 🌴 I’m currently obsessed with 'mini-retirements' along the way so I don't have to wait until 65 to have fun. Great reminder to keep stacking those assets! #CareFundingRay

Love that first step, it's smart and locks in a comfortable foundation.

I cannot fins an annuity to give me $122k payout for forty years on just $1 million

If you move the 2M into a Roth IRA your gonna pay a minimum of 20% taxes depleting your retirement fund by $400k. Also if fund an annuity you won’t get those kind of returns and still be able to use 3% of 2M. Confusing math!

Come on !! Seriously. I have one of the best wealth mangers in the country, Moss Adam’s, and I’m lucky if I see 5% on a safe 90/10 investment portfolio. How are all these people on social media claiming gains like this on retirement money no one can afford to lose.

Yeah. You lost me at annuity.

I think the video cut off what you’d do for housing

If it was all in Roth, social security wouldn’t be taxed at all. Annuity for a 65 year old would pay about half the amount he claims. Also, no need for indexed annuity if you are taking income right away. Straight up income annuity would pay more.

How you getting 122k from a FIA? 12.2%!?! Plus the fees , etc. love to see the details on that one

How about how to live off 1 Million

Not easy to get everything into a Roth if you are high income. Even if you can, the income taxes on the conversion are going to kill you.
