I’d like to see them on a real load tester. You also can’t “desulfate” the plates. When the batteries have sat in a discharged state for a while, the plates chemically become lead sulfate. You can’t undo that. Hydrometers are also just testing the state of charge of a battery. More water in your electrolyte simply means that more of the sulfate is on the plates (in a discharged state). I’d like to know more of what you’re actually doing to recondition them. And please use a real load tester

Cold cranking amps are measured at 32 degrees ferenheit. Of course they'll be above the CCA rating.
