What should I name this topping? 🍔🍅 @jortskitchen

I came up with this while thinking of alternatives to Bacon jam and it’s been a hit for anyone I’ve made it for. It’s seriously worth trying!

Recipe:
🔸 1 Cup chopped pepperoni
🔸 20-25 Cherry tomatoes (1/2 LB)
🔸 1 tbsp Sugar
🔸 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
🔸 Adjust to your liking
