Don’t go. My mom and sister went and there were bugs everywhere, 92 degree bus, no ramp for my handicap mom (that was promised), food was spoiled (due to sitting out in heat), cut short as it was SO hot, old run down dirty bus, ran out of ice in the heat and most people on the bus asked for a REFUND.
Just had my tea around town experience today. Bus was due to arrive at 11:45 and leave at 12. It arrived at 1:30. No apology or explanation of what the issue was. The communication was terrible. The phone number is NYC and they put me on hold for 20 minutes. They were unaware of the situation. Then when they checked, they continue to tell us it would be there in a few minutes. For the price that you pay for this experience, the service was deplorable. The food was very average, the speaker was scratchy and cutting in and out. They actually had the audacity to ask for a tip at the end. Find something else to do. Do not book with them!!!!!
This bus abandoned us after multiple location changes and blocked my email after I complained. I have filed a complaint with the Texas AG and I suggest everyone who has had a subpar experience do the same.
I've tried to pull up the website several times and it will not pull up. Can you tell me where to go to get more information.

I heard that they don’t do a great job. Dirty spaces and potentially no education for allergies. Also heard that it is near impossible to get a refund from them. Heard bad things about their Dallas and Miami tours
