Try this. Gently cover your left eye with your hand and look up for a few moments. Take a slow, deep breath. Notice how your body responds.
Here is why it works. Your left eye connects to the right side of your brain, which is responsible for emotions and stress responses. When you cover it and shift your gaze upward, you activate the left hemisphere of your brain, which is more logical and stabilizing. This small shift can help create a sense of calm and balance.
