You are aware these are already in use in the aviation industry?
Aviation has been using this type of countersink cage for decades. Some have a plastic ring on the end so you don't mar the surface but they don't last when you are doing a few hundred holes a day.
Does it work with counterbore bits as well? I have a similar setup I use for saw handles. Would love to get one if that is a possibility.
