I made this but because I’m a Caribbean woman I of course had to change the recipe. I added some roasted red peppers, chopped. And instead of tasteless tomato paste I added Sofrito. And instead of regular basil, I added Thai basil and fresh oregano. The taste was unbelievable, flavorful and complementary to the roasted garlic. Try it.
