You can also get the stone company to fabricate a section for the lip piece for the Prado outlet so it doesn’t slide back

any special consideration and measurements i need to take to make sure the cover plat endup being flushed with my tile?

They look ridiculous and plasticky coming out of stone. Maybe in drywall they’d be more invisible.

We wanted to use these on our project, but this wouldn’t pass an inspection…

Hell, yeah, where am I grabbing this? I forgot to install a receptacle on a feature wall in a bathroom behind the toilet and vanity. I actually didn’t forget. I just never was told that they had a smart toilet going in and now I need a receptacle feta wire through the back of the wall that I can just drill a hole and grab with this.

Is it just me that thinks they look worse than normal?

So I just installed them@in my remodel. The over for the outlets are metal which is nice but they don’t seat well. Also they caused a spark as it seems when plug is being unplugged it can contact the lose metal and blow up.

There is still the need for GFI’s in most wet areas where you would even need countertops. How far is your code requirement to be away from a water source where you are located?
