“Made in Italy” products are often seen as symbols of luxury, craftsmanship, and quality—but the reality is more complex. While many Italian brands uphold high standards, not all “Made in Italy” labels guarantee 100% Italian origin. In some cases, products are assembled or finished in Italy using cheaper materials or components imported from other countries. This practice still allows companies to legally use the prestigious label, even if most of the production isn't Italian. As a result, while the brand may carry the charm of Italy, the actual product may not fully reflect the traditional Italian workmanship that people expect.

It's not true if the value of the bare bag is greater than the zipper
Stop right there. Only EU countrys count here. China is not in EU.
There’s a furniture company in China called DaVinCi, they make all furniture in China, boat it out to the international water and label from Italy and brings it back to China with a 800% markup
Same goes for just about every product 🤣
I wouldn't pay 2 grand for a bag if the whole thing was made in Italy.
