It is such a beautifull idea - completely illegal im Germany though. By that very reason Germany looses its car world's manufacturing importance. Germany's burocracy compared with the German car manufacturers forbidding any phantasy to get real kills it.

What year beetle body is that. I saw literature that says '65, but this appears to be a '70 or'69 Super Beattle? The crescent -shaped vent behind rear windows, rear lights and front turn signal and license plate projection all appear early 1970.

What fantastic idea, process, result! Love seeing those come to life. For the “sports car portion”, before the beetle body is mounted: both front and rear end are structurally supported by the floor. Does the beetle body provide structural reinforcement for the “sports car portion”?
