    I've had many back and forth emails with the Yarro customer service team. l originally bought the diceomatic in May 2025 and have received nothing except vague responses on the fulfllment. Asked for a cancellation and they said they'd process a refund on 21 st April 2026 and take 5-10 business days for my money to reach me. Still have not received anything despite emailing them twice since, no money, no reply. I I know I'm not the only one. Stay well away!
