I love this. I always ask: -What can I do in the first week, month, six months to meet expectations and succeed in the role. -What traits do high achievers at BUSINESS NAME share -How would you describe the culture at Business Name
@tshuqom♥ 7622025-08-31
How would anyone know they got the job because of that specific question
@cecile_ellis♥ 5152025-09-09
My top question is; Why are you proud to work for this company?
@cameflaut♥ 742025-09-26
I love this part of interviews and always ask these four questions:
1)How do you measure success for a new hire in the first 90 days? (Key metrics, performance matrix?)
2)You have been with the company for a while (or x amount of years if they’re specific so listen carefully). What is the main reason you have chosen to stay?
3)What does growth look like in this role beyond the first year?
4)Can you describe what a top performer in this position has done to stand out?

How about you ask something that you are actually interested in about the role or the company? I want to know if I want to work for that company too. Is there any toxic work culture, am I taking over from someone else, why has that person left, is staff replaced frequently, what is the biggest challenge they are facing at the moment, what is the most urgent thing they need me to do? Not all recruiters are the same so if you come with standard questions you come across as fake.

I always ask:
“Is there a reason why you WOULDNT hire me for this position?”
Either they come back and tell you the areas you need to improve in order for you to get hired, or they say “no, there isn’t a reason why we wouldn’t hire you”.
End result: You either get hired or you learn and get better. 💯

My question is how would you handle if one day 150,000 bricks were delivered to the parking lot of your facility?
@mediacreative.se♥ 92025-09-17
When I was looking for a job, I always asked that question (usually I ask it in the beginning of the interview so I can answer according to their answer), but never has the person interviewing me been able to answer it. Usually they say: "oh thats a great question. I dont know, but I guess its to do the tasks that are in the job description". So yes, great question to ask, but nobody has yet been able to answer it... 😅

Or you can just say, yes, why is this position open, and what do I need in order to be successful in this position
@fpgleason♥ 22025-09-11
Is it me or is this A.I.? His lips and quality of vid is suspect
@jcksnfng♥ 12025-11-01
i used to use a version of this- what does a high performer in this role typically look like in terms of KPI’s and soft skills?
@benpartrdge♥ 12025-10-29
I just always ask how and why did you end up at “blank” job/position.
@mamma_spike♥ 12025-09-18
How do you feel about asking what the timeline for the rest of the interview process assuming the interview goes well.
@over_it_all78♥ 12025-09-09
Not true, I asked "if I am chosen for this position what would your expectations be in first 90 days" she said to do your job efficiently anything else?
@neb_dehan24212025-09-21
Nope. There’s no golden ticket and if there was it wouldn’t come in the form of the question when they ask, “do you have any questions”?
