Over 50% of cops should be on that list and thats the sad truth
What’s a good slur for cops on the brady list
Is there a way we can do this for judges?
Yep, the Brady List.
BRADY list. 🤗
An officer is not "put on" the Brady List; rather, they are identified as having credibility issues by a prosecutor's office, often due to sustained misconduct, which then requires disclosure to the defense in relevant cases. This disclosure is mandated by the Brady v. Maryland Supreme Court case and ensures defendants have access to information that could impeach a witness's credibility.
The judges won't help us, but they will help the cops. The system is so 1 sided.
i’m Chip tha Ripper and i approve this message 😎
Did Trump get rid of it?
To be honest, a cop shouldn't be allowed to testify anyway. If the government allows them to lie to citizens what makes you think they won't lie on a police report or in court.
Good stuff, man. One thing though, does no one see the danger in a justice system that intentionally obfuscates justice? We shouldn’t even be in a position where police officers are being hired if they have a tendency to lie, nor should we have judges that intentionally protect them.
Only if lying in court .. they can legally lie to you on the street... Supreme Court already ruled on this . That's why they lie in stops and interviews.😢
police officers are legally allowed to lie to suspects during investigations and interrogations.
Thats only in court only ,brady list ,but they can lie during a stop ,interrogation and a few other areas even court if they can get away with it.
And where is the list for all the officers that are on the list? Thanks great inf
