Patchmypc or ninite work great. They also install without the extra bloatware adware a lot of downloads include in their installer. On top of this, just load up Patchmypc or Ninite after a month or so and download the updated software, automagically! Again, with no added bloatware.

So Microsoft already has a commandline tool to install software called WINGET. Secondly, if youre going to open PowerShell you might as well just install Choclately. Commandline package management is the way of The Jedi.
