    And then, our beloved USDA thought it would be cute to flat out lie to us and create the Food Pyramid and put bread and grains at the base, telling us we should consume it most of any category. We made the the biggest part of our diets because of that about 80 years ago and now we see the clear results in our obesity and chronic illnesses out of control. USDA reportedly did it to “help the Midwest agriculture industry” and ruined americas health as a result

    I ate pasta and bread in Italy with ko issues, no bloating, swelling of joints, face, constipation, etc. In the United States I have to avoid gluten to even feel decent. Its absolutely ridiculous!

    Mill your own flour! One you have a mill and some wheat berries it’s only one extra step in baking anything. Simple, so healthy and actually delicious. Look up Sue’s Healthy Minutes podcast.

    I buy my flour from Barton Springs Mill, outside Austin Tx, they are committed to produce extremely high quality flour without all the crap. I highly recommend looking into them.

    I love bread, especially sour dough bread. But man has it impacted my body in inflammatory ways here in Canada. Basically non of it has done miracles for my body now.

    Eikorn flour comes from Italy. Brand is Jovial. It’s a bit more expensive but so worth it
