How to increase the weight after the SD mod? I keep going back to my stock 5G over my modded 5G because the weight in the hand just doesn’t feel right. Feels empty and cheap.

Huge fan of your videos @partspluspods and I was hoping you can help me understand something. I’m replacing the center button on my iPod (meant for a 6/7 gen) for a different color one I got on eBay (aftermarket) do I still need to put double sided tape or is that only for the 5.5 on a 6th/7th gen.
