It’s sound as discriminatory practice and not equity based on law

Fathers Should get 50/50 custody and have the kids 1/2 the time and never pay child support..: the mothers should pay when the kids are with them and the father should pay when the kids are with them.. all other outside expenses school activities etc should be split evenly period

Outdated support practices that need to be updated. It’s not 1950.

I understand your perspective but it’s incorrect. The money is being used towards the dad’s financial responsibility as a father therefore he pays the tax. Technically, the money is going to the child but since the child is a minor, gets delivered to the mother. A child’s tax burden would normally be zero unless it crosses a certain threshold.

Fun fact the courts take a monthly and yearly service fee out of the support before it ever gets dispersed to the other parent.

Don't forget about the interest that the father has to pay to the state, not to the mother but to the state and the state keeps that money

Thank you. First I believe all custody should be 50-50. No child support each parent works to support their child when that child is resident with their house. Too many mothers use children as a weapon against their father it is cruel. It is horrible to have happened to you. And that happened to me. My ex-wife used our child as a weapon repeatedly

So the money I spend on my child should come out of my gross income and I not be taxed on it? Then we are taxed on money we are already taxed on. So I may spend $100 at the grocery store - there is a percentage of what I spent that is taxed. Clothes for the child. Let's say I spend $100 - there's a percentage that is taxed.
