Actually, fun fact, the reason we say eleven instead of onety one. In Ancient Rome and other ancient cultures, 11 and 12 were counted in the same way we count 1-10. They used a base 12 system so they needed a unique name for those two numbers. When we shifted to a base 10 system, we just kept the names
