Drop down sill. I incorrectly said this was a Pemco brand but it’s @assaabloygroup brand. Nice work @graindabuildersinc

I’ve installed a bunch of those over the years. Tricky and needs a jig and a good carpenter, but super class maneuver.

Don't forget a sound-reducing transfer air jumper with this level of tightness! 😊 Unless supply and extract are all perfectly balanced within the suite

That’s great but European hotel rooms have ‘rebated’ doors that are so much better than anything I have ever seen in the U.S. They are incredibly sound proof. And they have much better window options - windows have one handle that allows them to either tilt or swing open. Why can’t we have the nice things they have? 😂 🇺🇸

I’ve installed a few add-on thresholds that use the same kind of mechanical action to be able to use a flush threshold for wheelchair/walker accessibility. First I’ve seen of an interior application already built into the door. Very Cool

We have a similar system on the door that separates our machine shop from our engineers and holy crap it makes a huge difference in sound pollution for them

Are these good for commercial use as well or would you say they’re better suited for residential use?
